THIS MUTUAL RELEASE AND CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT (the “Settlement Agreement”) is made and entered into on October __, 2017 (“Effective Date”), by and between CHENG LIU, an individual (“Cheng”), PEIQI LIU, an individual (“Peiqi”), and Cheng Liu as custodian for Bruce Yuren Liu, Justin Yutai Liu and Sophia Yuhan Liu.
