These General Terms of Services ("GTS") and the documents to which they refer, form a contract ("Contract") between OVH SINGAPORE PTE. LTD, headquartered at 135 Cecil Street, #10-01 MYP Plaza, Singapore 069536, registered under the number 201623833W ("OVHcloud"), and any natural or legal person, consumer or professional, private or public law entity ordering or using OVHcloud Services ("Client"). The GTS define the conditions of provision and use of OVHcloud's Services under the Contract. OVHcloud and the Client are referred to, individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties".
