This LEGACY REGISTRATION SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Legacy Agreement”) is made by and between the AMERICAN REGISTRY FOR INTERNET NUMBERS, LTD. ("ARIN"), a Virginia nonprofit corporation, and (“Legacy Holder”), which holds the specifically enumerated number resources listed in Attachment A (“Included Number Resources”). This Legacy Agreement only covers the Included Number Resources. Any other number resources held by the Legacy Holder pursuant to an existing Registration Services Agreement (“RSA”) or not described herein are not covered by the terms of this Legacy Agreement.
