THIS LEASE AGREEMENT (the “Lease Agreement”), dated as of February 1, 2014, between the CITY OF WESTWOOD, KANSAS, a municipal corporation and political subdivision organized and existing under the laws of the State of Kansas (the “Issuer”), and WOODSIDE RACQUET CLUB MANAGEMENT, INC., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Kansas (the “Corporation”);
