Fax Service is provided by SmarTone Communications Limited (“the Company”). The following terms and conditions are supplemental to the Company’s Terms and Conditions for Broadband Services (T&C B01) and shall form an integral part of the Terms and Conditions for Broadband Services. Unless otherwise stated, defined terms used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the Terms and Conditions for Broadband Services.
