Naturopathy is not a quick fix, but rather a philosophy of treatment which can take time and change to achieve your health goals. Just like it takes time for a seed to grow into a plant in nature, it can also take time to improve health on a meaningful level. It is how nature works. I prefer to work with clients who are committed to making the changes necessary to achieve their goals. Ideally, you are able to commit to naturopathic treatment for a period of time - at least 12 weeks.
