These Software Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) supplement the Order and set forth the terms and conditions under which Trinity Guard will provide access to certain proprietary technology to Customer. The Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which Customer may Use (as defined herein) Trinity Guard’s software indicated on the Order (“Software”).
