PHOENIX ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2006Enterprise Agreement • September 13th, 2006
This Agreement shall be binding on Phoenix Society Incorporated and those employees, other than monthly paid staff, who are employed by Phoenix Society Incorporated. No employee who does not take up the option of salary sacrifice, as a result of entering into this agreement will receive wages that are less than the Minimum Standard set by the Australian Fair Pay Commission. No employee who takes up the option of salary sacrifice will receive, as a whole, less remuneration as the Minimum Standard set by the Australian Fair Pay Commission.
