This proof of concept agreement (the “Agreement”)is between TELUS Communications Inc. and the Customer, and, if applicable, between TELUS Communications (U.S.) Inc. and Customer. TELUS Communications (U.S.) Inc. will be solely responsible for providing the Service in the U.S. and TELUS Communications Inc. will be solely responsible for providing the Service in Canada and elsewhere outside of Canada and the U.S., each entity being individually responsible for the rights and obligations under this Agreement as they apply to the Service provided by each entity.
