This Master Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of (“Effective Date”) by and between City of Cuero, TX, a Public Agency, having its main office at 212 E Main Street, Cuero, TX 77954 (“Client”) and InfoSend, Inc., a California Corporation, having its main office at 4240 E. La Palma Avenue, Anaheim, California 92807 (“InfoSend”). Client and InfoSend are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
