MISSION FEDERAL CREDIT UNION AGREEMENTS AND DISCLOSURES

The terms and conditions of this Agreement and Disclosures shall apply to all ATM and Visa Debt Cards. In this Agreement, the words “Credit Union,” “Branches,” “us,” “we,” “our,” or “MFCU” means Mission Federal Credit Union. The words “you,” “your,” and “signer” mean each and all of those who are issued an ATM or Visa Debit Card. For the intent and purposes of this Agreement and Disclosure, “ATM Card” refers to the ATM Card and “Visa Card” refers to the Visa Debit Card; the word “Card” alone refers to all cards, card numbers or a combination of your card and PIN. The word “ATM” means automated teller machine. The word “transaction” means a transaction you initiate by using your Card, your Card number, or a combination of your Card or Card number and PIN.
