THIS DECLARATION AND EASEMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is entered into by and between NEXT CHAPTER FARMS LLC, a domestic limited liability company with an address of 101 Stone Hill Road, Beford, New York 10506, (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Owners” or “Grantors”), and the TOWN OF BEDFORD, a duly organized municipal corporation of the State of New York, with its principal offices at 321 Bedford Road, Bedford Hills, New York, 10507 (the “Town” or “Grantee”) (collectively the Town and Owners are referred to as the “Parties” and each a “Party”).
