This Snowmass Mountain Club Facilities License Agreement (this "License Agreement") is entered as of , 201_, between ASPEN SKIING COMPANY, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (the "Owner"), and BASE VILLAGE HOTEL & RESIDENCES ASSOCIATION, a Colorado nonprofit corporation (the "Association"). The Owner and the Association are hereinafter individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."
