This Terms of Service Agreement (this “Agreement”) states the terms and conditions upon which Maxi Services, Ltd., an international business company registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (“the Company”, “we” or “us”), will provide services to you on the maxitrade.org website (the “Service”). These Terms enter into force between you as the customer, and the Company. By visiting the website of the Company, accessing the Service, you express your understanding and acceptance of these Terms. As used in this document, the terms “the Client”, “you” or “your” refers to you, any entity you represent, your or its representatives, successors, assigns and affiliates, and any of your or their devices. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, please, cease using the Service of the Company immediately and inform us about your disagreement.
