This Order Form is executed on the date of the second signature (the “Effective Date”), subject to and in accordance with the version of MeVitae’s General Terms and Conditions attached to this Order Form. In the event of any conflict arising between a provision of this Order Form and the General Terms and Conditions, absent an express intention within the relevant provision of the Order Form for that provision to take precedence, the General Terms and Conditions shall prevail. Under this Order Form, unless expressly defined otherwise, defined terms shall bear the same meaning and interpretation as in the General Terms and Conditions.
