This ISS AutoAuth™ OEM Agreement (this “Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions that govern your access to and use of the AutoAuth™ application programming interfaces (“APIs”) and related documents (collectively “ISS Content” as more fully defined in Section 13) in order to make your Vehicle Unlock Codes compatible with automotive tools (“Service Offerings” or “Services” as more fully defined in Section 13) and is an agreement between INTEGRITY Security Services LLC (also referred to as “ISS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you or the entity you represent (“you,” “your,” “Original Equipment Manufacturer” or “OEM”). This Agreement takes effect when you click the “I Accept” button or check box presented with these terms or, if earlier, when you use any of the Service Offerings (the “Effective Date”).
