THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between (“Landowner”), and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, by and through the Secretary of Agriculture (“United States”), on behalf of the Commodity Credit Corporation (“CCC”). Landowner and the United States are collectively referred to as “the Parties.” The Natural Resources Conservation Service (“NRCS”) is the administering agency on behalf of the United States.
