These standard terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) are entered into by and between Samsung and the Client referenced on the corresponding Insertion Order (the “IO”). Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined in these Terms and Conditions shall have the definitions set forth in the IO. Samsung and the Client, collectively the "Parties", and each, a "Party".
