The Pinelands Regional School District (hereinafter “PRSD”) and the Little Egg Harbor School District (hereinafter “LEH”) are engaged in a collection of shared service agreements, whereby LEH outsources the services of its employees to PRSD for an agreed-upon fee. The purpose of the engagement for which this report details, was to examine the financial savings or cost to each respective District with the agreements in-place and with the discontinuation of the agreements. The fiscal impact of the shared service agreement on each District was analyzed for the following employees: (1) Dr. Melissa McCooley, Superintendent; (2) Nicholas Brown, Business Administrator; (3) Jonathan Yates, Assistant Business Administrator; (4) Marissa Elwood, Special Education Supervisor; (5) Dr. Michelle Fontana, Physical Therapist; (6) Bruce Stranahan, Nighttime Custodian Supervisor; (7) John Berenato, Math & Science Supervisor; and (8) Erin Lichtenwalner, Director of Special Services.
