This FIRST AMENDMENT (the “First Amendment”) to the LEASE AGREEMENT dated September 4, 2014 (the “2014 Lease”) is entered into this day of August, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the MASSACHUSETTS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, a body politic and corporate and a public instrumentality of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts duly established and existing pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 6C, as amended (the “Enabling Act”), having an address of Ten Park Plaza, Boston, Massachusetts 02116 (“Landlord” or “MassDOT”); and the TOWN OF ACTON, a municipal corporation having an address of 472 Main Street, Acton, Massachusetts 01720 (“Tenant” or “Town”). (MassDOT and Town each a “Party”, and collectively the “Parties”.)
