This ENCROACHMENT/LICENSE AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made by and between THE NEIGHBORHOODS OF AUSTIN RANCH ASSOCIATION, INC., a Texas non-profit corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Developer”), and the CITY OF THE COLONY, TEXAS, a Texas home-rule municipality (hereinafter referred to as the “City”).
