These terms and conditions are valid without signature and are subject to change from time to time in Diono Canada, ULC’s (“Diono”) sole discretion without prior written notice. Any such changes can hereinafter be found at www.diono.com and such changes shall be binding on you. If you do not wish to be bound by this Agreement, you may terminate your account by promptly notifying Diono in writing.
