This Settlement Agreement and General Release (“Settlement Agreement”), which is effective as of June 9, 2022, is entered by and between Plaintiff Vision Construction ENT, Inc. (now known as Seaglade Properties, Inc.) (“Plaintiff”) and Defendants Waste Pro USA, Inc. and Waste Pro of Florida, Inc. (collectively “Waste Pro”) for the purpose of forever settling, resolving, and releasing the claims as described below.
