These terms of service (the “General Terms”), to include all appendices attached hereto, including the Till Payments, LLC. Application (“Application”), Privacy Policy located at Till Payments | Privacy Page and Merchant Services Agreement for Sub-Merchants (collectively, the “Agreement”) govern the Sub-Merchant’s participation in the Services. The Sub-Merchant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Agreement, as evidenced either by the signature of an authorized representative of the Sub-Merchant on the Application or by the transmission of a Transaction receipt or other evidence of a Transaction.
