This Amendment No. 1 to City Contract No. 6053, dated August 27, 2013, between the City of Cheyenne and Pappas & Pappas Architects, P.C., is entered into between the parties to provide for additional architectural and engineering services in the amount of One Hundred One Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-Three Dollars ($101,323.00). The additional services are set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein.
