This Lease Agreement (“Lease” or “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the City of Colleyville, Texas (“City”), a Texas home rule municipality, and the Colleyville Chamber of Commerce (“CHAMBER”), a not-profit organization, as of the Effective Date. City and CHAMBER may be referred to jointly herein as the “Parties,” and individually as a “Party.”
