This Affiliate Marketing Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into by and between Salutoceuticals, LLC ("Salutoceuticals" or "we"), and you, ("you" or "Affiliate") the party submitting an application to become a Salutoceuticals affiliate. The terms and conditions contained in this Agreement apply to your participation in the Salutoceuticals affiliate program ("Affiliate Program"). The terms of this Agreement are subject to change without prior notice, but we will try to notify you of such changes in advance. Your ongoing performance as an affiliate signifies as your agreement to these changes. If you do not agree with these changes, you should discontinue being a Salutoceuticals affiliate.
