The National Ranching Heritage Center is part of the Texas Tech University system and the State of Texas. Licensing regulations prohibit photographic images or videography of National Ranching Heritage Center structures and the use of its logo and the words “National Ranching Heritage Center” and “Texas Tech University” and any of its variations for commercial purposes without prior permission granted in writing by the executive director.
