Adoption of the new standard form Subdivision Agreement recommended above, attached as Appendix “A”, for the City of Hamilton, will simplify and expedite development approvals and Subdivision Agreement administration by combining the requirements of seven existing Subdivision Agreements into one Agreement. Without adoption of the new standard form Agreement recommended above, Development staff would be required to administer separate Agreements with varying terms for each development approval and this would require more staff than the new single standard form of Agreement.
