CONTRACT No 1673 Lviv August, 01, 2018 Lviv Centre of Institute for Space Research of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and State Space Agency of Ukraine, hereinafter referred to as the Manufacturer, in the person of Scientific Director Dr. Vira Pronenko on the one hand, and Institute of Atmospheric Physics Czech Academy of Sciences, Prague, Czech Republic, hereinafter referred to as the Customer, in the person of Director Dr. Zbynek Sokol, on the other hand, have concluded the present Contract for the following. 1. Subject of the Contract1.1. The Manufacturer shall manufacture and deliver to the Customer three Induction magnetometers LEMI-133 (two flight models and one engineering model) HS code 9015900000 (Material: copper wire, mumetal core, PCB, electronic components), further – instruments.The instruments will be used exclusively for scientific purposes in the frame of the ESA PRODEX programme. 2.
