Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 5 October 2018 in relation to the Glass Bottle Purchase Agreement dated 25 December 2015 between Thai Beverage Recycle Co., Ltd. (“Thai Beverage Recycle”, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Thai Beverage Public Company) and Thai Malaya Glass Co., Ltd. (“Thai Malaya Glass”, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Berli Jucker Public Company Limited and associate of an Interested Person within the meaning of Chapter 9 of the SGX-ST Listing Manual), to purchase various types of new glass bottles.
