This guarantor's agreement can ensure payment of utility bills in the event an applicant for service cannot pay a cash deposit. If the Applicant for service has a co-signer/guarantor (Guarantor must be a city of Mayfield home-owner and current electric service customer of MEWS) who will agree to provide security for his account in lieu of paying a deposit, the guarantor may come into the MEWS office with the applicant for service to complete this Guarantor's Agreement form.
