PHOTOGRAPHY CONTRACTPhotography Contract • October 4th, 2010
This agreement is a binding contract that ensures the above event is reserved for the above mentioned names, dates, and times. All Night Long Entertainment agrees to provide the above mentioned services. Price includes tax, set-up and tear down. Gratuity is not included. If for any reason the event is cancelled, the full amount of the deposit is non-refundable. Final payment is due no later than 2 weeks prior to the event date. If payment is received after the event date, there will be a $50 late fee per 7 days past due. This agreement also states that All Night Long Entertainment cannot be held responsible for more than the agreed amount. Please be advised that we try to get photos to the client as soon as possible but there is not a set limit on how fast the final product will be sent. Please also be advised that All Night Long Entertainment may use photos from your event for promotional material. Thank you for choosing All Night Long Entertainment.
