As authorized by PCC 5.33 and Ordinance No. 190078, this CONTRACT (this "Contract") is made and entered into as of the Effective Date (as defined below) by and between Lyft, Inc. ("Operator") and the City of Portland, a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon, by and through its Bureau of Transportation (the "City"). The City and Operator may be referred to herein individually as a "Party" or jointly as the "Parties."
