The following agreement between the player listed and the sponsor listed is for the financial support towards the players 2021 playing fees, or costs associated with competing for the Adelaide University Hockey Club. The sponsored amount is up to the discretion of the sponsor with the Adelaide University Hockey Club to invoice the sponsor for the total amount listed in this agreement if the sponsorship is for a contribution of fees. If the sponsorship is a uniform/equipment contribution, the arrangement of payment shall be coordinated between the sponsorship coordinator on behalf of the player, and the sponsor.
