This Reward Strategy aims to be transparent, robust, and supportive of corporate and academic plans through developing flexible, fair, consistent and transparent reward mechanisms, whilst continuing to support national bargaining. It will be based wherever possible on harmonised terms and conditions of employment, to minimise demarcation and barriers between different staff groups.
