This document constitutes an articulation agreement between the sixteen (16) institutions of the Wisconsin Technical College System (WTCS) and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM), as their respective programs prepare the next generation of teachers at the Early Childhood level. It describes how students completing the AAS degree in Early Childhood education at a WTCS institution and utilizing the WTCS statewide curriculum can transfer to UWM to earn a bachelor’s degree and teacher certification offered through the UWM School of Education’s Early Childhood Education program. This agreement is a program-to-program articulation transfer agreement in which coursework taken at a WTCS institution will be accepted for a selected set of coursework for the bachelor’s degree at UWM.
