This Data Processing Agreement (this “Data Processing Agreement”, “Data Processing Addendum”, or “DPA”, which terms may be used interchangeably) applies to Voxpopme, Inc.’s (“Provider’s”) Processing of Personal Data as part of Provider’s provision of software as a service (“SaaS”) services (the “SaaS Services”) and other services, including support and professional services (all such services, including the SaaS Services, collectively, the “Services”). The Services are described in a current written agreement as well as any and all quotations or similar order forms (collectively, the “Agreement”) in place between Provider and the customer executing below or otherwise indicating acceptance of this DPA (“Customer”). This DPA forms part of the Agreement, to reflect the parties’ agreement with regard to the Processing of Personal Data.
