This Restricted Gift Agreement ("Agreement") is effective October 31, 2012 ("Effective Date"), and is by and between United Way California Capital Region, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation ("UWCCR"), and Sacramento Foundation dba Capital Region Foundation, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation ("Foundation").
