THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (“MOU”) is made and entered into this 3rd day of May, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the Board of Education (“District Board”) of Jefferson County School District R-1, a public school district and political subdivision of the State of Colorado (the “District”), and the Board of Directors (“Charter Board”) of Free Horizon Montessori, a Colorado nonprofit corporation and public charter school of the District (the “School”).
