These terms and conditions (this "Agreement") are by and between Kingston International Group GmbH (hereafter called as GROUP) a Swiss corporation, and you, your heirs, members, agents, managers and directors (hereafter called as "You" and "Your(s)"), each side a "Party" and together, "the Parties". This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of Your purchase or sale of services under our associated professional networks and our logos (WBA, ISA, IFOSSS, ICCF, etc.), or use of other services offered on our Group, all websites operated by Kingston International Group GmbH (the "Services") and explains Group’s obligations to You and Your obligations to Group concerning the Services.
