We, the undersigned residents or property owners in that part of Falmouth between Shore Street and Mill Road, Surf Drive to Main Street, mutually covenant and agree to organize ourselves as a voluntary Association for the purposes hereafter set forth, each agreeing with the others to bind him/herself by the provisions of the by-laws hereafter set forth.
