This Agreement (“Agreement”) dated November 19, 2019, is made by and between Brailsford & Dunlavey, Inc. (“B&D”) and Riverside Community College District (“Client”) for B&D’s planning work and related services concerning the Student Housing Development Advisory Services of the new student housing near Riverside Community College (collectively, the “Project”). All references herein to the “Parties” shall refer collectively to B&D and Client. Any reference to “Party” shall refer singularly to either B&D or Client, as context indicates.
