By using the Rotary Free Wifi Zone a free Wi-Fi High Speed Internet Service (“Grand Forks Free WiFi”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("City of Grand Forks Terms of Service"), which are a binding agreement between you and the City of Grand Forks. You represent that you are of legal age to agree and be bound by this agreement.
