Alstom to supply electromechanical equipment for the Mexico City metro system's new line 12Public Procurement Contract • July 8th, 2008
Alstom and its Mexican partners ICA and CICSA* signed a contract with the Transport Secretariat of Mexico City for a public procurement contract covering construction of the new Line 12 of the capital's metro system. Alstom will be responsible for supplying and installing all the electromechanical equipment on the line. ICA and CICSA will be in charge of the civil engineering works. The project represents an estimated €1.1 billion, including €330 million for Alstom's part.
