This Agreement for Election Ballot Printing, Processing, and Mailing Services (“Agreement”) is made as of the date of execution, by and between Weber County, a political subdivision of the State of Utah, whose address is 2380 Washington Blvd., Ste. 320, Ogden, UT 84401 (“County”), and K&H Election Services, an Washington corporation, whose address is 7720 Hardeson Rd., Everett, WA 98203 (“Contractor”) (collectively, the “Parties”).
