This TEMPORARY USE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of this day of , 2020, (“Effective Date”), by and between the YUBA COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT, a nonprofit public benefit corporation (the “YCCD”) and PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY, a California corporation (“PG&E”). The YCCD and PG&E may hereinafter each be referred to as “Party” and collectively be referred to as “Parties”.
