This Agreement on IBM General Commercial Terms (called the “Commercial Terms”) governs transactions by which Customer purchases Machines, licenses ICA Programs, obtains Program licenses, and acquires Services (including, without limitation, customized development and support, business consulting, and maintenance Services) from IBM Slovensko, spol. s r.o. (“IBM”). These Commercial Terms, including its applicable Attachments and Transaction Documents, are the complete agreement (“Agreement”).
