It is recognized by this Agreement to be the duty of the Company and the Union and the employees to fully co-operate, individually and collectively for the advancement of conditions. Effort has been taken to ensure the Agreement reads however, whereas any words in this Agreement impart the masculine gender, such words shall include and mean the feminine gender where the sense dictates.
