Parlee Cycles, Inc. (“Parlee Cycles”) warrants that its bicycle frames, front derailleur hangers, and any other bicycle component that Parlee Cycles manufactures (“Products”) will be free of any defects in materials or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the products. This warranty is given solely to the original purchaser of the products and may not be transferred or assigned without the express written consent of Parlee Cycles. Parlee Cycles’ liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective products.
